1. The level of assistance required
2. Desired geographic area
3. Available budget
Safely Somewhere has toured and evaluated several Assisted Living Communities and homes throughout the Valley. Each location has been screened before you are toured.
Safely Somewhere will confirm that each facility is licensed and monitored by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Safely Somewhere will, based on the information above, match the client with facilities that meet the client's needs.
Safely Somewhere will coordinate or accompany on client visits.
Safely Somewhere will ensure a seamless transition and continued satisfaction.
Safely Somewhere will facilitate all necessary documents required for admission (i.e. Chest X-Ray / Medical records, etc.).
