What is a Placement Service?
A service provided FREE of charge to potential residents and their families in order to assist them in the locating the right long-term care facility. These facilities may include but are not limited to:
- Independent Living Apartments
- Assisted Living Care Homes
- Assisted Living Communities
- Adult Foster Care Homes
- Dementia / Alzheimer’s Facilities
Our Services Provided
- Safely Somewhere will interview each potential resident / family to determine:

- The level of assistance required
- Geographic area desired for placement
- Available budget
- Safely Somewhere has toured and evaluated several Assisted Living Communities and Homes throughout the Valley. Each location has been screened before you are toured
- Safely Somewhere will confirm that each facility is licensed and monitored by the Arizona Department of Health Services
- Safely Somewhere will, based on the information above, match the client with facilities that meet the client’s needs
- Safely Somewhere will coordinate or accompany on client visits
- Safely Somewhere will ensure a seamless transition and continued satisfaction
- Safely Somewhere will facilitate all necessary documents required for admission (i.e. Chest X-ray / Medical records, etc.)
